




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Technician to manage and supervise accounting, tax, and financial operations, with responsibility for recording and controlling transactions. Prepare economic reports for decision-making Accounting administrative technician holding a university bachelor's degree. Essential requirements: · Young people (aged 16–29) · University bachelor’s degree related to the job functions (obtained within the last three years following completion of studies, or five years if holding a disability certificate) · Registered in the Youth Guarantee Scheme · Registered with SOC and unemployed on the day prior to hiring · Must not have previously undertaken a traineeship contract for the same qualification Support tasks include: · Managing and supervising the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of all economic transactions and compliance with tax obligations. Duties include journal entry recording, management of issued and received invoices, control of collections and payments, as well as periodic bank reconciliations. The role also entails treasury monitoring and preparation of economic forecasts; preparation and filing of taxes; oversight of tax calendars; support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; and preparation of balance sheets and income statements. Provides audit support and prepares economic reports to facilitate decision-making. The position requires solid knowledge of accounting and taxation, proficiency in computer tools and accounting software, organizational ability, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility and confidentiality. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1800 * Additional relevant information: Working hours Monday to Thursday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday intensive morning shift.
