We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery of major a data centre project in Spain. You will provide end\-to\-end project management from pre\-construction through to handover and close\-out. You’ll be responsible for:* Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams. * Define success factors, drive planning and delivery. * Own risk register and change control processes. * Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy. * Oversee design compliance and technical quality. * Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards. * Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance. * Deliver handover, close\-out, and client satisfaction. You’ll need to have:* Extensive project management of major capital works. * Proven track record managing €multi\-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6\). * Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting. * Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
