Circle**, we need to hire a person to assume the role of **Project Manager**, participating in the **management and execution of complex industrial projects** within a demanding, high-level technical environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the **end-to-end management of industrial projects**, leading their operational, financial, and contractual execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and satisfaction of various clients. Location: Vitoria. ### **Main Responsibilities:** **Key Functions** On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: * End-to-end project management, from planning through to closure. * Monitoring project progress, financial control, and **reporting to Management**. * Development and execution of **complex project plans**. * Coordination with **clients, suppliers, and subcontractors**, ensuring contractual compliance. * Leadership of the **project team**, guaranteeing deadlines, quality, and profitability. * Internal coordination with **engineering, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and quality** departments. * Monitoring supplier, subcontractor, and internal manufacturing execution. * Management of **project risks** (schedule, cost, and deviations). * Protection of **cash flow** and improvement of forecasted margins. * Management of client expectations and contribution to high levels of satisfaction. ### **Profile:** **Requirements** * University degree in **Engineering or Sciences**. * Minimum of **3–4 years’ experience** as a **Project Manager** in industrial or energy-related projects. * Experience in **EPC, engineering, and industrial manufacturing environments**. * Experience in defining and executing **multidisciplinary project plans**. * **High/Fluent English proficiency** (mandatory). ### **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract with a company managing high-value technical **international industrial projects**. * A stable position offering strong **professional growth prospects**. * A demanding and collaborative technical environment. * **Annual gross salary: €45,000 – €47,000**, negotiable at entry level, with potential for improvement.
