Are you an experienced real estate professional, ready to shine in a fast\-moving international team?
We are looking for a highly organized professional with great attention to detail, for a combined role of **Portfolio Analyst and Property Administrator**. In this role, reporting to Country director, you´ll closely work with the Spanish Asset Management team managing all day\-to\-day property administration and making sure our core systems are kept up to date with high\-quality. As a Portfolio analyst you will also work closely with our Portfolio Finance \& Management Central Team based in Amsterdam. You will help to drive the management of our circa 700\.000 m² portfolio in Spain and strengthen our leadership in the last\-mile logistics real estate market. **What you’ll do**
* Build together with the Asset Management team and Country director the portfolio strategy and the annual business plan and manage the progress of it through the year, providing analytical support to explain country performance such as variance to budget on operational KPI’s, NOI and net Cashflow including forecasting.
* Assist (coordination with the local and central teams) on refinancing exercise, valuation, preparation of power point presentations to Investment Committee (leasing, capex, write\-offs, and other strategic topics)
* Collaborate with the Country Asset Management team on business plans and annual budgets.
* Collaborate with the Portfolio \& Financial Management team in Amsterdam, providing country\-specific data for regular and ad\-hoc reporting.
* Learn to use portfolio management and performance tracking systems (Yardi, Excel, Power BI, etc.) and help optimize systems and processes.
* Administration, input, and management of lease data. You will be a critical part of ensuring Mileway operates at a high standard as it relates to lease and property administration. You will be responsible for day to day implementation of reviewing, interpreting and abstracting commercial leases for key terms and provisions, entering recurring rent charges, tracking critical lease events, and updating data points within our core systems.
* Manage unit and asset data, including managing changes, creations, deletions, and adjustments, and aligning unit and asset data changes with their impact on leases, billing, budget rents, and service charges
* You will act as a sparring partner to the Asset Managers and Property Managers to help drive accurate and complete inputs into the system, driving accountability and quality in line with Mileway reporting standards and guidance
* Work with Strategy, Planning and Analysis, IT, Asset Management and Property Management teams on improvements and efficiencies in data management and input.
* You will be a key support for AM team Spanish team providing operational support to property and asset managers and facilitate their daily tasks and respond to requests.
**What you’ll bring**
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets (Excel).
* Your knowledge of lease administration, property management, or other real estate related disciplines.
* Strong organizational skills, you are able to work on multiple projects at the same time and you don’t miss deadlines.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can communicate up and down the organization and with external stakeholders. Your English is fluent. Spanish as a native and an additional language is an advantage.
