Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Operations Manager with experience in project management within hybrid/multi-cloud environments and in DevOps/Agile methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:  Experience as a Service Operations Manager.  Experience in Project Management for administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud products in both hybrid and multi-cloud environments, with teams exceeding 5 people.  Experience applying DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Additional training (solvency requirements):  Minimum 50 hours of training in Project Management for administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud products in both hybrid and multi-cloud environments.  Minimum 24 hours of training in DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  University degree: * Pre-Bologna: Degree of Licenciado or Ingeniero Superior, or equivalent qualifications in any engineering, computer science, or science field. * Post-Bologna: MECES Level 3 (Master’s) or EQF Level 7, or equivalent qualifications in engineering, computer science, or science fields.  Alternatively, Diplomado or Ingeniero Técnico university degrees, or equivalent qualifications (pre-Bologna), or MECES Level 2 (Bachelor’s) or EQF Level 6, or equivalent qualifications in the aforementioned fields, provided that 24 months of additional professional activity beyond the minimum required experience is demonstrated. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUIRED PROFILE:  Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management for administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud products in both hybrid and multi-cloud environments, with teams exceeding 5 people.  Minimum 1 year of experience applying DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
