Intensive work but rewarded with continuity We need to hire order pickers proficient in operating forklifts (counterbalance, ride-on, and reach trucks) for a new logistics operation in San Agustín del Guadalix. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing project from its inception. A temporary contract is offered, with a high likelihood of long-term stability and continuity, provided commitment and strong performance are demonstrated. Work during this initial phase will be intensive, requiring effort and adaptability, yet it will reward with job stability and professional development. A valid forklift operator license is required, along with availability to work in refrigerated chambers at -25 degrees. Flexibility to cover various shifts is essential: morning shift (4:00–12:00), afternoon shift (12:00–20:00), and night shift (22:00–06:00). Main responsibilities include order picking and preparation, as well as operating pallet trucks, order pickers, and forklifts. Remuneration is €13.30 per hour, plus a cold-work allowance and an additional night-shift allowance.
