Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to support the Urban Planning Department, monitor urban planning disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for the Urban Planning and Territory Department 2. Monitoring of urban planning disciplinary actions 3. Ensuring compliance with territorial planning regulations Internship contract aimed at acquiring professional experience for the position of Construction Site Supervisor or Civil Works Supervisor with the Torrelles de Llobregat Town Council. Contract type: TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT; 12 months. Working hours: 8:00–15:00 and one afternoon per week from 16:00–19:00. Mandatory requirements: Candidate must be aged between 16 and 29, registered with SOC, unemployed (DONO), and a beneficiary of the Youth Guarantee Scheme. Must hold one of the following completed qualifications obtained within the last 3 years (5 years for persons with disabilities): Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Construction Management and Control / CFGS in Building Projects, in general / CFGS in Civil Engineering Projects, in general. No more than 3 months’ prior work experience in the required occupation. Must be eligible to formalize a training employment contract. Support for the Urban Planning, Territory and Activities Department regarding monitoring of urban planning disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with territorial and urban planning regulations, control and inventory of building permits, building inspection and supervision, among other duties. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1750
