Your key responsibilities will include: * Driving the expansion of our SAP business in Spain. * Developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them achieve maximum business value from their SAP transformation. * Supporting enterprise digital transformation and addressing business transformation challenges around SAP solutions (S/4 HANA, BTP, BASIS...) * Project planning and organization. * Active participation in go\-live activities as Solution Architect and Project Manager. **Your Profile** To thrive in this role, you must have: * Over 12 years of SAP experience. * Experience participating in SAP BTP/BASIS projects as an SAP Solution Architect and Project Manager. * Experience in implementations, upgrades, or migrations (SAP ECC, S/4HANA). * Leadership and pre\-sales skills. * Strong communication skills and a proven ability to maintain long\-term client relationships. * Experience working in an international environment. * Good English proficiency. * Preferred: Knowledge or experience in SAP Business AI or S/4HANA Public Cloud. **What You’ll Love About Working Here** We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Development and Work\-Life Balance initiatives, including but not limited to: * Onboarding support through our Buddies program. * 24 vacation days \+ 2 personal days \+ December 24 and 31 * Option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year. * Continuous learning: access to MyLearning and Capgemini University, Digital Campuses, and Professional Communities.
