Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering with experience in building engineering and BIM modeling to solve engineering challenges. We are passionate about innovation and committed to making the world a better place—pushing boundaries every day to make the impossible possible. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Drafting technical and consultancy reports on infrastructure and materials. * Preparing and signing preliminary designs, basic projects, and execution projects within the scope of technical architecture. * Serving as Contract Manager for assigned construction or service contracts. * Managing construction project files. * Preparing and signing rehabilitation projects for facilities and buildings. * Reviewing technical documentation and projects related to infrastructure, applying mandatory regulatory standards and specific regulations applicable to each relevant authority. * Preparing technical documentation for building, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of naval infrastructure. * Drafting waste management plans and quality control plans. * Conducting appraisals, expert assessments, and valuations. * Providing technical support to building site management teams. * Site execution management. * Occupational health and safety coordination. * Experience with PRESTO/ARQUÍMEDES. * BIM knowledge. * Preparation of energy efficiency certificates. * Energy and sustainability certifications. * BIM modeling and advanced BIM expertise. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** At Quest Global, we believe in equal opportunity and are committed to maintaining an inclusive and safe workplace, ensuring equal opportunity in recruitment, training, and development—free from discrimination based on ethnicity, age, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social circumstance. Apply today and become the change you wish to see in the world! **Work Experience** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Technical Architect or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering (Professional qualification as Technical Architect published in BOE A-2007-2247). Minimum requirement: MECES 2. * Specific training in Work Methodology and BIM Modeling. Minimum requirement: 60 contact hours. * Experience in Technical Support for Building Engineering. Minimum requirement: 8 years. **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Specific training in Work Methodology and BIM Modeling for construction execution projects. Desirable: 260 hours. * Experience in execution projects performing duties as Technical Architect for projects governed by Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. Desirable: 5 projects.
