




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to provide customer service and manage communications in the food industry, with administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer and visitor service 2. Management of communications and parcel handling 3. Monitoring and restocking of display stand materials We are looking for a person to fill a receptionist position in Cornellà del Terri, within the food industry. Main tasks will include direct customer and visitor service, as well as handling telephone calls. Additional responsibilities include receiving and sending faxes and mail, as well as managing incoming and outgoing messages and parcels. The role also entails monitoring and restocking display stand materials, along with other typical duties associated with this position. This is a full-time contract, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The working schedule will be split-shift, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in an identical or similar position. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. \- Advanced English. \- Intermediate German is desirable. Completed ESO or equivalent.
