A variety of technical maintenance tasks. **Description:** ---------------- At **AMÁS Foundation**, our mission is to support each person with intellectual disability and their family in developing their life project, as well as to promote their inclusion as full citizens, contributing to building a fairer and more solidarity-based society. We are seeking two **Maintenance Professionals** to carry out technical tasks related to inspection, review, and comprehensive maintenance of the organization’s facilities located in Leganés, Alcorcón, Fuenlabrada, and Móstoles (travel between facilities will be conducted using the company vehicle). Tasks include: * General maintenance tasks related to painting, assembly, etc. * Electrical system maintenance tasks (replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing, etc.) * Maintenance and repair tasks for water, climate control, and boiler room installations. * General locksmithing and carpentry work. * Manual repairs (fixing locks, replacing windows, etc.) * Transport and assembly of furniture. * Construction and repair of parts and structures made from various materials, using welding equipment, milling machines, planers, grinders, drills, and other precision tools. * Work at height using ladders, elevated platforms, and roof access. * Other related tasks. We offer: **TEMPORARY CONTRACT** (approximate duration of 3 months, with possibility of extension). **FULL-TIME POSITION** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 08:30–16:30 Friday: 08:30–16:15 One Saturday per month: 08:30–12:30 Substitution contract, with possibilities of continuation. **Applicants holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be prioritized.** **IMMEDIATE START** Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for People with Disabilities (€1,419 gross per month, 14 payments + weekly on-call duty as scheduled in the work roster (€110 gross per on-call shift)).
