




Job Summary: Maintenance Manager for a sports facility, ensuring proper operation and compliance with maintenance and cleaning services, including team management and supplier coordination. Our commitment to sport, social action, and leisure has established us as a benchmark in the sector. We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Manager** for a sports facility located in **Barcelona**. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure proper operation and compliance with maintenance and cleaning services. * Planning of work orders and preparation of staff shift schedules. * Management of the labour pool and identification of staffing needs. * Supervision of regulatory compliance and the good condition of the facility. * Collaboration in the drafting, implementation, and review of the **Maintenance Plan and Cleaning Plan**. * Management of technical documentation for the facility (technical specifications, As-Built records). * Definition and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Liaison and coordination with suppliers and statutory maintenance companies. * Management of inventory and consumable materials for maintenance and cleaning. * GMAO system monitoring and repair control. * Energy management: consumption monitoring, meter readings, and proposals for energy-saving measures. * Execution of technical maintenance tasks when necessary. * Team management: planning, performance monitoring, conflict resolution, and identification of training needs. * Handling user suggestions and incidents, and communication with management. Requirements: * **Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Maintenance** or equivalent qualification in a related field. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience** in a sports centre or similar facility performing maintenance duties. * Ability to manage teams and organize work. * Adherence to internal procedures and the facility’s work plan. **Desirable:** * Certification as a **Swimming Pool Operator**. * Licences or certifications related to **electricity, thermal installations, or similar fields**.
