Collaboration in training new colleagues We are seeking a first-class electromechanic with industrial maintenance experience to join a company located in Sant Pere Sallavinera on an indefinite basis. The position will focus on ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s machinery and installations, thereby contributing to production efficiency. Main responsibilities include repairing mechanical and electrical faults on machinery. Modifications and improvements to installations will also be carried out; all interventions must be recorded, incidents reported, and the work area kept orderly and clean. Collaboration in training new colleagues is required, as well as compliance with quality, hygiene, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations. A minimum of three years’ experience in similar positions and a medium or higher-level vocational qualification in industrial mechanics are preferred. Training in pneumatics and hydraulics, a forklift license, and knowledge of specific software for electronic installations are considered advantageous. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with rotating weekend on-call duties that are always compensated, whether activated or not. Annual remuneration will range from €30,000 to €35,000 gross, depending on experience provided.
