MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Preparation of requirements and definition documents for systems within the scope of Electrical Engineering, including functional documents, guidelines, and standards.
Integration of electrical components into the vessel, covering both purely electrical systems (e.g., power distribution, lighting) and those belonging to other disciplines (e.g., propulsion, machinery, equipment and outfitting, etc.).
Design of the preliminary layout of major electrical components according to functional and regulatory requirements.
Execution of design and definition of electrical spaces, as well as placement throughout the vessel of electrical equipment (e.g., push-button stations, electrical cabinets, detectors, acoustic alarms, etc.) that belong to other discipline systems but are not located in areas specifically designated for them.
Sizing and preparation of structural steelwork drawings for electrical installations: main conduits, cable trays, penetrations, and rods.
Preparation of distribution board construction drawings and electrical equipment installation drawings, based on supplier-provided information.
Preparation of technical documentation required for manufacturing and installation of poles, reinforcements, supports, and lashings for all electrical equipment and components. Weight control associated with these items.
Development of Cable Routing and Conduit Layout.
Preparation of coded material lists for procurement and installation of projected systems: electrical cables, cable trays, penetrations, conduit supports. Weight control of such items.
Coordination with other Detail Design specialties to incorporate electrical conduit elements during various design stages and resolve interferences with components from other disciplines.
**Project Monitoring and Control:** Management of relations with the client’s inspection team and the Classification Society. Response to and implementation of comments.
Estimation of parametric data and preparation of material advance orders.
Participation in coordination forums and Quality Gates.
Planning, resource allocation, and management of the in-house specialized team responsible for developing the 3D model and delivering project-required outputs.

**Contract Type:** Permanent
The selected candidate shall perform duties under the working hours regime applicable to the assigned position, which may include regular working hours, shift work, or any other special working hours arrangements stipulated in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
