Opportunity to transform social media into a customer acquisition channel. **COMMUNITY MANAGER – HOME RENOVATION COMPANY (MÁLAGA / COSTA DEL SOL)** We are looking for a Community Manager with a strategic focus and agile execution to manage and scale the digital presence of a home renovation company in Málaga and the Costa del Sol. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). - Content creation and planning (real projects, before/after visuals, project storytelling). - Community management: responding to messages, comments, and leads. - Coordination with internal teams (sales, construction, management). - Design and execution of customer acquisition campaigns. - Metrics analysis and continuous optimization. Required Profile: - Proven experience as a Community Manager (preferably in construction, renovation, or real estate sectors). - Proficiency in management tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, or similar). - Ability to create visually appealing content (Canva, CapCut, etc.). - Results-oriented mindset (leads, conversion, visibility). - Residency in Málaga or surrounding areas. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads). - On-site photography/video skills. - Sales-oriented copywriting. - English language proficiency. Conditions: - Full-time or part-time (depending on profile). - Salary commensurate with experience + performance-based variable compensation. - Immediate start.
