Also, we are well known for our \#Nunefest **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Provide functional support to customers using our management applications and ERP systems. * Resolve queries and incidents related to billing, accounting, and business management processes. * Advise users on application functionality and best practices for usage. * Configure and parameterize the solution according to each client’s specific needs. * Deliver training and accompany users during system implementation and daily application usage. * Conduct functional testing to validate new versions and features. * Collaborate with development teams by reporting incidents, improvement proposals, and newly identified client requirements. **About you…** * Vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Computer Science, or similar fields. * Knowledge of billing, accounting, and administrative management processes. * Experience with ERP applications or enterprise management software. * Familiarity with ERP modules such as sales, procurement, warehouse, and finance. * Practical accounting knowledge: journal entries, VAT, taxes, bank reconciliations, and financial closing procedures. * Experience with billing software: invoice issuance and correction, numbering series, and tax handling. * Ability to analyze and resolve functional incidents related to application usage. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries and experience with incident management tools (e.g., Jira, GLPI, or similar) will be valued. **Additional information:** * Join a company experiencing constant growth. * Work model: on-site at our offices in Vigo. * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, private health insurance, transportation allowance, and childcare support). * English language training and IT courses. **If you believe your profile fits, don’t hesitate to apply!
