




An experienced administrative assistant is required to join a team in Alfamén. The main responsibilities will include a variety of essential administrative tasks and direct support to the department. Daily duties include answering telephone calls, efficiently managing email correspondence, and other administrative activities that ensure smooth operation of the position. Organizational skills and proactivity will be valued. The working schedule is full-time, comprising 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be in the morning shift, typically between 07:30 and 14:30, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position as described. * We are seeking a responsible and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. GM Administration or similar.
