Position: OPERATIONS STAFF * OVIEDO * Published: 09/03/2026 * Number of positions: 5 * Contract type: Temporary * Working hours: Full-time * Minimum experience: 1 Year(s) Requirements: **Join LogiRAIL and become part of a unique project in the railway sector.** LogiRAIL, a leading company in the railway sector, is seeking **Accompaniment Guides** for its **North Tourist Trains** project in Asturias and Cantabria. **We seek professionals passionate about tourism and customer service to enrich our travelers’ experience.** **Project details** * Duration: From **March** until the first week of **November** * Itinerary: Accompanying travelers from **San Sebastián** to **Santiago de Compostela.** * Format: Full-week onboard the train **(Saturday to Saturday).** **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure adherence to established itineraries. * Translate daily programs and other relevant information. * Participate in onboard entertainment and assistance activities. * Prepare key documentation for each trip (lists, weather forecasts, labels, etc.). * Welcome and register travelers at the start of the journey. * Accompany travelers during visits, excursions, and restaurant outings, providing explanations in required languages. ***Important:*** *This position requires traveling onboard the Tourist Train for the entire route,* *as part of the onboard operational team.* **What we offer:** * Immediate incorporation into an innovative and highly relevant project. * **Seasonal contract.** * Remuneration: **€23,627** gross annual salary \+ incentives. * Exclusive benefits: * **Discounts on train travel.** * Free commuter rail (Cercanías) rides. * Excellent working environment and multidisciplinary team. *If you meet the requirements and are passionate about railway tourism, we want to meet you!****Apply now and be part of this adventure.*** Requirements: **Requirements*** Minimum **1 year’s experience in hotel management, tourism, and/or tourism product management.** * Extensive knowledge of tourism, geography, art history, and national history. * **Residence in Asturias or Cantabria.** * **Immediate availability** * Availability to complete pre-employment training. * Degree in **Tourism, Geography and History, English Philology**, or German Philology. * Certified proficiency in the following languages: * **English (C1\)** * **German (B2\)** * **French (B2\)** ***(All our guests are from France, Germany, and England; therefore, proficiency in all three languages is essential).***
