Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Prepress Specialist to review and manipulate final artwork, manage color, and perform layout tasks for a visual communication company. Key Highlights: 1. At Mapubli, we are producers and specialists in custom visual communication. We design, manufacture, and implement your graphic and structural PLV, signage, and digital printing projects — all aimed at highlighting the essence of our clients’ brands. Retail, Branding, Events, Packaging, Creative R\+D\+i. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our **Digital Prepress Department.** Would you like to get to know us better? **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Reviewing input and output color profiles. * Checking dimensions, resolutions, formats, and quantities of final artwork. * Generating correct PDFs (e.g., PDF/X…). * Identifying and reviewing cut files. * Placing registration marks and cut marks. * Positioning AAFF (Artwork for Finishing Files) onto provided die-cut lines, and adapting those AAFF and cutting profiles accordingly. * Reviewing and manipulating spot colors, Lab, RGB, and CMYK colors. * Generating white ink layers for large-format and small-format printing. * Positioning AAFF onto provided patterns. * Layout design for books, magazines, business cards, flyers, brochures, spines, spine reserves, courtesy copies, and special marks on displays. **What we expect from you:** * Willingness and ability to learn. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work collaboratively in a team. * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) in Prepress or equivalent. * Advanced proficiency in the following software: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat. * Basic knowledge of imposition for small- and/or large-format printing. * Basic experience with rigid and flexible materials and processes. * Knowledge of various finishing techniques: lamination, cutting, stapling lines, etc. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What we offer:** * 22 vacation days \+ 8 collective agreement days. * Intensive working hours with rotating shifts (6–14:30 and 13:45–22:00). * Permanent contract. * Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
