We are looking for a passionate, versatile, and experienced Graphic Designer to join the marketing team of our hotel chain. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual materials that reinforce our brands’ identity and effectively communicate our value proposition. This role will also require basic knowledge of video production and editing, as well as proficiency with AI tools applied to design, to develop innovative content that enhances our presence across various channels. Main Responsibilities * Design graphic materials for advertising campaigns, social media, events, websites, presentations, and other digital and printed media. * Produce and edit promotional and corporate videos reflecting the essence of our brands. * Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives. * Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and drive design innovation. * Manage creative projects from inception to delivery, meeting established deadlines. Essential Requirements * Prior experience as a Graphic Designer. Experience in tourism or luxury sectors is preferred. * Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of AI tools applied to design (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.). * Portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and experience in graphic and audiovisual design projects. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. Desirable Requirements * Experience in web design (Figma, Adobe XD) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. * Sensitivity towards customer-centric design and premium markets. * Familiarity with digital marketing and branding trends in the hospitality sector. * Proactivity and enthusiasm for exploring new tools and technologies applied to design.
