




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced chicken roaster to join our team in Granada, responsible for ensuring perfectly roasted chickens and maintaining an immaculate kitchen. Teamwork and maintenance of an orderly kitchen We are looking for someone with kitchen experience—especially in the art of roasting chickens—to join our team here in Granada. You will be responsible for expertly operating roasting equipment, ensuring each chicken is perfect: golden and crispy skin, juicy meat inside. This means knowing precisely how to skewer, season, and control cooking—always adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. Each day you will manage timing and temperatures to ensure chickens are always ready, adapting to customer demand. You will also be responsible for cutting chickens for preparation, and for keeping skewers and the entire roasting area spotless. Additionally, you will assist in preparing side dishes and maintaining an orderly kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and a pleasant working environment. We seek someone who works effectively both independently and as part of a team—with enthusiasm and commitment. We need a proactive person who pays attention to detail and enjoys good food. At least one year of prior experience in similar hospitality roles is important. Culinary studies are a plus, but practical experience is equally acceptable. Salary will follow the sector’s collective bargaining agreement. Prior kitchen experience, preferably in chicken roasting. Knowledge of cooking techniques. Minimum 1 year of experience.
