Job Summary: Professionals are sought to work as Social Worker, providing social and administrative support and ensuring the comprehensive well-being of residents in a residential care facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide social and administrative support to residents. 2. Ensure comprehensive well-being within the residential environment. 3. Essential coordination with the multidisciplinary team. Two professionals are sought for the position of Social Worker at a residential care facility in Monzón (Huesca). The main responsibilities will include providing both social and administrative support to residents and ensuring their comprehensive well-being within the residential environment. Responsibilities will include direct care for residents and their families, case assessment and follow-up, and necessary accompaniment. In addition, preparation of social reports and management of related documentation will be required. Coordination with the facility’s multidisciplinary team will be essential for the smooth operation of services, along with other duties inherent to the profession. A university degree in Social Work (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree) is required. Prior experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage. The contract will be temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent, and working hours will be full-time.
