Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Main responsibilities: Maintain the residence’s facilities in good condition. ?? General building maintenance Basic repairs (doors, locks, windows, floors, walls). Maintenance of common areas, rooms, and outdoor spaces. Roof, gutter, and drainage system inspections. ? Technical installations Electrical system control and maintenance (lighting, outlets, electrical panels). Plumbing maintenance (leaks, faucets, sanitary fixtures, drains). Heating, air conditioning, and ventilation system inspections. Domestic hot water system control (legionella prevention). ?? Safety and prevention Fire protection systems inspection (extinguishers, detectors, fire hose reels). Alarm and emergency system maintenance. Emergency exit and signage verification. Support in evacuation plans and drills. ??? Equipment and furniture Repair of articulated beds, handrails, and hoists. Maintenance of wheelchairs and technical aids.
