Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanic for the maintenance and repair of heavy construction machinery, performing diagnostics, preventive/corrective maintenance, and inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of construction machinery A mechanic is required for the maintenance and repair of heavy construction machinery in Xove. Tasks include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Periodic inspections are also conducted, and detailed records of all interventions are maintained, always adhering to safety and quality standards. Close collaboration with the operations team is essential to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. The position requires availability to travel to various construction sites according to project needs. Practical experience in this field is highly valued. Previous experience as a construction machinery mechanic or in similar sectors is required. Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and electronics applied to construction machinery. Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve malfunctions. Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields. Certification in occupational risk prevention and workplace safety. Teamwork skills and good communication. Willingness and ability to travel and perform work at different locations.
