Real-time production control software operation **We Are Looking For** An experienced professional responsible for managing concrete production and simultaneously operating heavy machinery (combined backhoe loader) for raw material handling. **Main Responsibilities** **Plant Management and Batching** **\-Mix Production:** Operate the plant software to precisely batch cement, water, additives, and aggregates according to established formulas. **\-Truck Loading:** Supervise the loading of concrete mixer trucks, ensuring the product maintains required consistency and quality. **\-Stock Control:** Monitor silo and stockpile levels to guarantee uninterrupted material supply throughout the production shift. **Backhoe Loader Operation** **\-Hopper Feeding:** Use the backhoe loader to transport aggregates (sand, gravel) from stockpiles to the plant’s receiving hoppers. **\-Stockpile Maintenance:** Organize and push materials unloaded by supplier trucks to optimize space and prevent cross-contamination among different aggregate types. **\-Cleaning and Site Preparation:** Perform cleaning tasks for concrete slurry, excavate small drainage trenches for the plant, and maintain internal access roads. **Requirements and Competencies** **\-Machinery Operator License:** A valid certification specifically authorizing backhoe loader operation, compliant with current safety regulations, is mandatory. **\-Technical Knowledge:** Must understand material properties (gradation, moisture content) and possess basic mechanical knowledge for daily preventive maintenance of both the machine and the plant. **\-Control Software:** Proficiency in computerized interfaces that monitor the plant’s entire production flow in real time. **\-Safety:** Strict adherence to safety protocols, especially within areas involving heavy vehicle movement and loading zones. **Conditions** \-Immediate hiring. \-Competitive remuneration commensurate with the position. \-Job stability.
