Opportunity for career development within an established hospitality group. **Mission of the Bakery Assistant Position.** The Bakery Assistant position aims to support the preparation of doughs, breads, and other bakery products, assisting with preparation, baking, and cleaning tasks in the bakery workshop, always under the supervision of the Head Baker or Workshop Manager. The incumbent must follow established instructions and comply with legally mandated food hygiene and safety regulations. **Responsibilities**: * Prepare and produce bread, pastries, and other bakery products. * Knead, ferment, bake, and finish products. * Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the bakery workshop. * Monitor ingredients and raw materials. * Care for and maintain bakery equipment and utensils. **Requirements**: * Prior experience in a bakery. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene regulations. * Responsibility and strong organizational skills. **Offered**: * Working hours: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Immediate start. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for career development within an established and expanding hospitality group. * Additional benefits through a flexible compensation plan. * Special employee discounts at group establishments.
