Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible agricultural worker to care for plants at a nursery in Elche, performing maintenance, pruning, inspection, and pot preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive plant care and nursery maintenance. 2. Preparation and organization of pots for optimal growth. 3. Humidity control and appropriate irrigation for an ideal environment. We are looking for a person to work as an agricultural worker at a nursery in Elche. Responsibilities will include plant care, ensuring their healthy condition through maintenance, pruning, and general inspection for optimal growth. You will also be responsible for preparing, filling, cleaning, and organizing pots, adapting to the specific needs of each plant type. It will be essential to monitor humidity levels and irrigate appropriately, always supervising the environment to create the best possible conditions. This is a full-time position, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. This is a temporary contract. * Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
