Opportunity for continuity in future seasons **JOB OFFERING – SWIMMING POOL LIFEGUARD (SUMMER SEASON)** **Real Club Náutico de Cádiz** The **Real Club Náutico de Cádiz** is launching a selection process to hire **aquatic lifeguards** for its swimming pool during the summer season. We seek responsible, dynamic individuals with a service-oriented mindset who wish to join a privileged seaside environment and one of Cádiz’s most iconic sports clubs. Main Responsibilities * Surveillance and safety control of pool users. * Accident prevention and enforcement of usage regulations. * Emergency response and provision of first aid. * Collaboration with the club team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for members. Requirements * Valid official **Aquatic Lifeguard Certification**. * Training in **First Aid and CPR**. * Good physical condition and ability to respond effectively in emergencies. * Responsibility, punctuality, and courteous interaction with the public. * Prior experience in swimming pools or sports facilities will be valued. Conditions * **Summer-season contract.** * **Rotating shifts**, according to service scheduling. * **Salary according to the current collective agreement.** * Excellent working atmosphere at a leading sports facility. * Opportunity for continuity in future seasons.
