Support to construction site management and technical advisory **Anticipated Vacancies** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Senior Architects to launch and manage a technical office in Ceuta and in Cádiz. **Workplace** -------------------- * Ceuta * Cádiz **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Drafting the text of grant calls to be published by the Autonomous City of Ceuta under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), the FEDER Operational Programme 2021\-2027, the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF), and the General State Budgets (PGE). * Analysis, assessment, and preparation of resolution proposals for grant applications submitted to the aforementioned calls referenced in the previous point. * Preparation of projects, reports, and technical specifications for implementing direct actions funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), the FEDER Operational Programme 2021\-2027, the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF), and the General State Budgets (PGE). * Support to Construction Site Management for those actions developed within the "Comprehensive Socioeconomic Development Plan for the City of Ceuta", requiring technical supervision during their execution. * In-person and digital technical support and advisory services to potential applicants for the grant calls assigned to the relevant programmes. * Participation in drafting technical specifications/reports and grant calls required to implement the measures of the "Comprehensive Socioeconomic Development Plan for the City of Ceuta" funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), the FEDER Operational Programme 2021\-2027, the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF), and the General State Budgets (PGE). **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information contained in the curriculum vitae, whenever necessary for verifying the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Architecture or a Bachelor's \+ Official Master's Degree in Architecture qualifying for professional practice (MECES 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience performing duties corresponding to this position. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Class B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 5 years of experience in drafting grant texts to be applied for using European funds, as well as in analyzing and assessing grant applications. * 1 to 5 years of experience in monitoring, verification, and justification of European funds. * 1 to 7 years of experience in supporting construction site management. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Specific training in computer tools for building projects (AUTOCAD, GIS, PRESTO, etc.). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term substitute contract with an estimated duration of 8 months, depending on the triggering event.
