Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic kitchen assistant to support the chef in food preparation and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. Key Points: 1. Direct support to the chef in preparing ingredients and food. 2. Strict maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. 3. Prior experience and proactivity will be valued. We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a hospitality business located in the urban center of Silleda. The selected candidate will provide direct support to the chef in preparing ingredients and food for the preparation of various dishes. Main responsibilities will also include strict maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area, ensuring an optimal and hygienic operational environment. Other routine duties typical of this position in the sector will also be carried out. Full-time schedule, covering 40 weekly hours from Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be rotating, including legally mandated rest periods. * Prior experience in a role equal to or similar to the one described is desirable. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residing near the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
