Detailed Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of the center’s technical team (health professionals, psychologists, occupational therapists, etc.). * Development and implementation of individualized care programs. * Supervision of compliance with care protocols and public health regulations. * Service quality management and continuous improvement. * Collaboration with families and other professionals to guarantee users’ well-being.
