If you have experience as a **Cook** and are seeking an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! **What Are We Looking For?** As a Cook, you will have the opportunity to apply your culinary knowledge by assisting in meal preparation and production, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintaining a pleasant and productive work environment. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Preparing menu items. * Ensuring proper use, control, and maintenance of departmental machinery, materials, tools, etc. * Cleaning kitchenware and kitchen areas. * Receiving raw materials and delivery notes. * Recording HACCP documentation. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent contract with probationary period according to collective agreement * Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with two days off. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering. * Immediate hiring. * **Location: Santiago de Compostela.** * Fixed-term contract.
