You will be the key player ensuring operational excellence in events and industrial services. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------- Your main mission will be to **coordinate and lead our technical team**, managing resources (vehicle fleet, materials, and assigning personnel to each installation), and ensuring correct execution of delivery, collection, installation, technical service and maintenance of generators and electrical equipment. Your key functions and responsibilities will be: #### **1. Leadership and Team Management:** * **Personnel Coordination:** Direct, plan and supervise the working day and tasks of the technical team (installers and maintenance staff). * **Shift and Absence Management:** Organize schedules, ensure service coverage, and manage leave and vacation requests for personnel under your supervision. * **Training and Motivation:** Foster a positive work environment, ensure the team has the necessary tools and knowledge, and identify training needs. #### **2. Operational and Logistics Management:** * **Resource Allocation:** Efficiently manage and allocate material resources (equipment, generators) and the vehicle fleet to each service (coordinating with the planning manager). * **Fleet Control:** Monitor the condition and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet, managing its tracking within the ERP system. * **Maintenance Supervision:** Ensure generators and equipment meet quality and safety standards prior to rental. * **Incident Management:** Act as the first technical escalation point to resolve operational and technical incidents in the field. #### **3.
