Water Supply Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking operators with experience in maintaining water supply networks to carry out repairs, installations, and improvements in the water sector, including plumbing and masonry tasks. Key Points: 1. Prior experience in maintenance of water supply networks. 2. Medium-level qualification in Plumbing and Masonry required. 3. Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training will be valued. Operators are sought to work in Orellana la Vieja on projects related to water supply and improvement within the water sector. The position involves performing essential tasks for the maintenance and optimization of water networks. Main responsibilities include pipe repair, service connection execution, installation of new pipelines, and connection to the network. Additional tasks include manhole cover and inspection chamber raising, leak repair, trench excavation and backfilling, pothole repair, pavement restoration in intervened areas, and proper worksite signage to ensure safety. This is a temporary position with working hours to be determined. A medium-level qualification in Plumbing and Masonry is required. Prior experience in water supply network maintenance is mandatory. Possession of basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training and basic computer literacy will be positively considered. Solid knowledge and skills in plumbing and masonry are expected.
