At **Kitchening Rental Solutions**, we are looking for a methodical **Technical Coordinator** with proven experience in the sector to lead our operations in **Valdemoro (Madrid)**. **What Will Be Your Mission?** You will be fully responsible for ensuring that our equipment fleet is always ready for operation. You will lead the technical team to guarantee that every unit dispatched from our facilities meets the quality standards demanded by our clients. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and organize the daily work of technicians in the warehouse and during installation/deinstallation services. * **Specialized Maintenance:** Manage and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment (cooking, refrigeration, washing, and food preparation). * **Quality Control:** Conduct thorough technical inspections before each equipment dispatch to ensure service quality. * **Asset and Spare Parts Management:** Technical inventory control and procurement order management with suppliers. * **Safety:** Ensure proper use of tools and compliance with safety regulations (PPE). **What Are We Looking for in You?** * **Education:** Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate or Advanced Level in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. * **Technical Experience:** Minimum 3 years in hospitality technical assistance services (SAT) or light/industrial electromechanical maintenance. * **Leadership Ability:** Prior experience leading work teams or coordinating operatives. * **Skills:** Planning ability, problem-solving under pressure, and proficiency with computer tools. * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for installations. **What Do We Offer You?** * **Stability:** Full-time permanent contract. * **Working Hours:** **08:00–15:00, Monday to Friday** (35 fixed hours + additional hours bank for specific services).
