A company based in Banyoles seeks personnel for IT support to business units and users to ensure service levels and resolve incidents through ticketing tools. \- IT support to business units and users, ensuring service levels. \- IT project management and tracking. \- Monitoring and control of budgets for new orders, consumables, etc. \- IT support and incident resolution using ticketing tools. \- Computer maintenance (hardware, software, networks, devices, and systems) and Office 365 suite administration. \- Supervision of technological infrastructure in coordination with external providers. * Minimum 1 year of experience: \- Experience managing IP VPN networks, firewalls, backups, and cybersecurity-related aspects highly valued. \- Office 365 suite; Microsoft Business Central ERP experience is a plus. \- Active Directory. \- Windows Server. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Superior) * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * Spanish (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Analytical ability, teamwork, proactive attitude, and commitment to confidentiality. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Immediate start.
