Coordination with the physiotherapy team for appointment management **Responsibilities** Manage front desk operations and welcome patients, ensuring professional and warm service. Register and confirm appointments, manage physiotherapists’ schedules, and update data in the system. Organize the reception area and waiting room, ensuring optimal conditions (coffee, water, necessary materials). Cash handling, collections and payments, ensuring proper revenue management. Coordinate documentation for new patients and consent forms. Provide information regarding waiting times and consultation procedures. Coordinate with the physiotherapy team for proper appointment and patient management. **Requirements** Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in clinics or healthcare centers. Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and patient orientation. Proficiency in computer tools and appointment management software. Problem-solving, responsible, and proactive individual.
