The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service to guests throughout the entire duration of their stay. **Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and email guest service. * Management of check-in and check-out procedures. * Coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams. * Reservation, payment, and deposit control. * Resolution of issues arising during the stay. * Provision of tourist information and personalized assistance. * Inspection of apartment conditions prior to each guest arrival. * Key and access system management. **Requirements:** * Prior customer service experience, preferably in tourism or accommodation sectors. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are considered an advantage). * Proficiency in computer tools and reservation management software (PMS, channel manager, etc.). * Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company. * Initial training provided by the company. * Contract [specify: temporary / permanent] and salary according to collective agreement. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth within the company.
