As a Manufacturing Intern, you will support the manufacturing team in improving production and processes. You will work closely with the team, learn manufacturing processes, and contribute to their success. You will assist in production planning and scheduling.**Job Description (Key Responsibilities)** * Prepare materials and components for production, including assembling cable harnesses, assembling parts, labeling, and organizing workstations. * Support prototype construction by assisting engineers in assembling first samples, documenting issues, and performing basic functional checks. * Perform maintenance of production fixtures and tools, including cleaning, lubrication, basic mechanical adjustments, and reporting anomalies. * Assist in updating work instructions and production documentation based on feedback from engineers. * Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as implementing 5S, optimizing design, and standardizing processes. * Perform basic testing and inspection tasks following predefined procedures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and engineering, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
