




Job Summary: We are seeking a night concierge for Hostal Lami, responsible for customer service, service management, and administrative closing in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Interest in professional growth We are looking for a candidate to join Hostal Lami (Esplugues de Llobregat) as a night concierge, working from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with rotating days off (minimum one weekend per month). If you enjoy interacting with the public and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment, this could be your opportunity. On a daily basis, you will be the hotel’s first point of contact during the night shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.). You will welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle any inquiries in person or by phone. You will also provide information about available services and basic destination recommendations. Internally, you will be responsible for room assignments, billing for services (rooms, breakfasts, and other extras), cash register control, and administrative tasks specific to reception for daily closing. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP Grado Superior) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * English (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: .
