Description:
We are seeking a Level 2 Maintenance and Data Center Technician responsible for the operation, advanced support, and maintenance of the Data Processing Center (CPD). This person will serve as the primary point of contact for systems administration, technical staff coordination, and resolution of high-complexity incidents within the CAU and Data Center environments.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the CAU and Data Center.
* Manage hardware incidents and coordinate technical interventions in the CPD.
* Administer backups, virtualized environments, and associated operations.
* Supervise, coordinate, and support maintenance and CAU technicians.
* Prepare reports, performance analyses, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Deliver initial and ongoing training to operators and associated technicians.
* Ensure security during maintenance tasks in the CPD.
Requirements:
* Education: Official degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the ICT sector.
* Demonstrable experience with Linux systems and open-source applications.
* Experience in hardware maintenance, cabling, console management, and interventions in CPD environments.
* Experience in managing and supervising User Support Centers (CAU).
* Experience in managing and supervising CPDs.
* Technologies and/or Skills:
* Ability to coordinate maintenance and CAU technical teams.
* Competence in preparing reports, analyzing metrics, and designing KPIs.
* Knowledge of and adherence to security best practices applicable to maintenance tasks.
* Language: Spanish is mandatory.
* Valuable certifications: ITIL v4 and Linux technologies or equivalents.

Salary: €38,000.00\-€40,000.00 per month
