Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics and warehouse operator for goods receiving, sorting, and distribution, handling products and organizing the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an operator to join our logistics and warehouse team in Castellbisbal. Your main responsibilities will be receiving, sorting, and distributing goods. This involves careful handling of products to ensure they reach their correct internal destination at the right time. You will also be responsible for sorting packages both in the sorter system and manually, contributing to maintaining a well-organized warehouse. It is essential that you are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work accurately in a constantly changing environment. Experience operating pallet trucks—especially long-pole pallet trucks—is required to independently and safely distribute pallets within the facility. We seek someone who can adapt well to varying work rhythms and maintain high performance even during periods of heavy workload. Rotating shift availability—including mornings, afternoons, and nights—according to operational needs is valued. A proactive attitude, willingness to work collaboratively in a team, and a strong sense of responsibility are highly appreciated. No specific formal education is required; however, at least one year of experience in similar roles and proficiency in operating electric pallet trucks are mandatory. A temporary contract with potential for continuity is offered. Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. Long-pole pallet truck operation experience is essential. Experience operating electric pallet trucks. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Attention to detail, accuracy, and rigor. Ability to work under pressure and in high-throughput warehouses. Teamwork skills. Responsibility. No formal education required.
