This person will play a key role in ensuring that the office’s technological infrastructure is correctly installed, organized, and operational. **Some of your responsibilities will include:** **User Technical Support** * Responding to and resolving technical incidents (hardware and software). * Installing, configuring, and updating corporate applications. * Supporting mobile devices (email configuration, apps, security policies). * Preparing and setting up equipment for new employees (onboarding). * Providing both on-site and remote user support. **Inventory Management** * Tracking and updating the inventory of computer equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, peripherals). * Registering and labeling assets. * Monitoring equipment assignment and return. * Managing stock levels of technology supplies. **Infrastructure and Cabling** * Inspecting and organizing structured cabling. * Verifying network points and connections. * Ensuring workstations are correctly installed. * Coordinating with external vendors when necessary. **Office Support** * Regular on-site presence for in-person support (4 days per week). * Supervising equipment organization and correct installation. * Assisting with internal workstation relocations. **Minimum Requirements:** **Education** * Vocational Training in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, ASIR, or equivalent. * Technical certifications (Microsoft, Google Workspace, ITIL, etc.) are desirable. **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT technical support. * Experience in managing technology inventories. **Technical Knowledge** * Windows and macOS operating systems. * Basic networking and cabling management. * Software installation and configuration. * Mobile device management (MDM is desirable). * Ticketing tools. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract directly with our company. * Compensation package: Base salary + performance-based variable pay. * 100% free medical and dental insurance. * 25 working days of vacation plus December 24 and 31, and the afternoon of your birthday—off! * Defined career development plan. * Training program: technical certifications and individual language classes. * Flexible compensation plan. * Internal events and much more!
