If you are interested in growing within the middleware and application administration area, this is your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring of applications and middleware services (logs, alerts, queues, and services). * Management and resolution of first- and second-level incidents. * Escalation of incidents to higher levels when appropriate. * Support in corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. * Support in the administration of application servers: WebLogic WebSphere JBoss Tomcat **What We Are Looking For** An organized profile with analytical ability, service orientation, and enthusiasm for professional development in demanding corporate technology environments. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Information Technologies. * 3–5 years of experience in application support and administration environments. * Knowledge of application monitoring and incident management. * Experience working with middleware application servers. * ITIL 4 Foundation certification (desirable).
