Ensuring customer service quality and regulatory compliance **Description:** ---------------- At **PTV Telecom**, we are looking for an experienced **team leader** with expertise in both **FTTH** and **computer and office software**. ***Key responsibilities include:*** * Supervising the work of the technical team under their responsibility (Madrid city), reporting directly to the CTO. * Resolving any incidents raised. * Taking responsibility for identifying and resolving general incidents occurring within the internal plant. * Ensuring proper management of various technical tasks in accordance with regulations, minimizing delays in resolution while delivering optimal customer service. * Handling all administrative tasks related to the position. ***What can we offer you?*** * Integration into our internal Telecommunications team. * Permanent full-time contract. * Salary: €25,000 + incentives (€420/month guaranteed for the first three months). * Travel expenses. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle related to Telecommunications. * Minimum experience: At least 3 years (technical background plus experience managing teams of at least 5 people). * Must be a resident of Madrid.
