Develop cloud optimization and migration plans Cloud Architect At CAS Training, a leading company with over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, outsourcing, and specialized training, we are looking to hire a Cloud Architect holding a university degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or a related field. Preferably certified in cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), preferably at the Professional level, and preferably AWS-certified, with over 5 years of experience in the required activities. **TECHNICAL JOB DESCRIPTION:** Your primary objective will be to improve the efficiency of public cloud usage and the value it delivers to clients, bringing technical rigor to processes. **Key Responsibilities:** Work with the client’s Tech Leads and Architects for key architectures to ensure their architectural designs and operational processes are as efficient as possible Ensure architectural solution designs clearly define their functional KPIs and cost drivers, Ensure designs include appropriate capacity planning based on functional metrics, enabling sound architectural decision-making Conduct proof-of-concept tests for specific technical optimizations and generate templates, artifacts, and documentation enabling teams to apply them to achieve efficiencies (modernization, resource elimination, instance type changes, etc.) Collaborate with Architecture teams to develop optimization and cloud migration plans based on those specific proofs-of-concept, establishing robust and reliable plans for optimizing existing architectures and correctly migrating on\-prem architectures to the cloud Define best practices for the rest of the organization. **WORK MODALITY:** 80% remote work.
