If you are passionate about aviation, organized, and experienced working in collaborative environments, we are waiting for you! **Mission** You will serve as the primary liaison between the Operations Control Center (OCC) and handling ground services, particularly for OFF stops. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the load sheet and performing mechanical centering of the E2 fleet, ensuring all tasks are carried out correctly to guarantee optimal aircraft centering. **Responsibilities** * Coordination of passenger services at airports * Coordination of catering and stewardship services with service providers * Flight monitoring, managing related flight data and incidents * Completion of load sheets and centering of the E2 fleet * Management of cargo and SCR, optimizing the aircraft loading process * Resolution of APIS incidents, ensuring proper passenger information management and compliance ### **Minimum Requirements** * ***Education:*** Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle, preferably in fields related to administration, transport, or airport services. * ***Experience:*** Prior experience in AirGround-related positions, airport operations, or handling services will be valued. * ***Computer Skills:*** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * ***Technical Knowledge:*** Proficiency in handling and preparing load sheets and aircraft centering, as well as knowledge of ground coordination processes within airport operations. * ***Languages:*** English (B1). * ***Schedule:*** Shift work.
