Location: Santiago de Compostela, Spain | Work Mode: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Not specified | Languages: Spanish mandatory, English desirable (B2 level) **Introduction to the Role** As our new UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing human-centered digital experiences, guiding the product from the discovery phase through to final implementation. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to create solutions that integrate usability, business value, and technical feasibility. You will drive end-to-end design processes—from research and ideation to validation and handoff to development—ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the product vision. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute end-to-end Design Thinking processes within multidisciplinary teams * Identify and define user personas, customer journeys, and information architecture * Design interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes * Create and animate microinteractions to enhance user experience * Design and conduct usability tests, interviews, and surveys (remote and in-person) * Create and maintain scalable design systems, both internal and for clients * Present complex solutions to clients, clearly communicating their business impact * Coordinate handoff with development teams to ensure accurate implementation What we need to see from you: * Required: + Expertise in interaction design and human-centered design approach + Experience with interface design tools such as Adobe XD and collaborative tools such as Miro + Ability to autonomously lead the design function within a digital product + Experience in information architecture and usability testing + Experience working with agile methodologies, especially Scrum + Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills * Preferred: + Knowledge of UX Writing or copywriting applied to UI + Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML and CSS) * **What We Offer** + True autonomy and full responsibility for complete digital products + Participation in high-design-standard and high-impact projects + Collaborative culture and professionally supportive environment + Continuous learning and development opportunities + Hybrid work model based in Santiago de Compostela Why SoftwareOne?: !
