FULL-TIME AND INTENSIVE SCHEDULE (MON-FRI), TEMPORARY CONTRACT, LOCATION: LUGO.** Main duties include: * Initial interview. * Needs assessment and identification. * Goal setting and follow-up. * Methodology definition and structured planning for goal achievement. * Contextualization of the relationship with previous support services and the user’s prior legal procedures. * Activity scheduling and record-keeping. * Internal multidisciplinary coordination. * Internal coordination with management. * External coordination. * Objective setting and planning. * Drafting reports on objectives. * Drafting exit reports. * Leadership in ensuring preparation of supporting legal reports, where required. * Individual and group assistance contextualized within a multidisciplinary approach. * Collection and analysis of legal-area information for the annual report. * Recording of interventions. * Review and updating of actions according to each funding entity’s justification framework. * Design and delivery of group workshops aligned with diagnosed needs. * Engagement and participation in community contexts. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. * Active membership in the Bar Association. * Training and/or experience working with migrant populations. * Experience drafting legal documents. * Experience initiating, monitoring, and closing immigration files (form completion and submission, responding to official requests). * Training and/or experience providing individual and group direct assistance to populations facing heightened vulnerability. * Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams. * Valid driver’s license.
