




**SUSHIMAN** **Your responsibilities will be:** * Preparation, cooking and presentation of the established dishes. * Assisting with orders and preservation of raw materials. * Inspecting and managing kitchen equipment. * Fish cleaning. * Fish cutting. * Knowledge of fish varieties. * Preparation of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, etc. * Sauce preparation. * Inventory handling and control. * Preparing dishes at the counter. **What are we looking for?** * Passionate individuals dedicated to their craft. * Experience as a sushi chef. * Experience in cleaning, cutting and preparing fish (salmon, bluefin tuna, sea bream, eel, etc.). * Organised and methodical individuals. * Punctuality. **Mandatory requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Japanese cuisine chef / sushi chef. * Availability to join this month and complete initial training at one of our centres. * Residence in Sabadell or surrounding areas. **We offer:** Integration into an expanding project (5 centres open nationwide), training, work with high-quality products, full-time contract, 40 actual working hours per week and 2 days off.
